Sawyer Pierce

Sawyer was born and raised in Laguna Beach, CA, a resort town with a heavy emphasis on the arts. A confessed sports freak, he followed his grandfather’s loyalties and is a devout Boston fan, rooting for the Patriots and the Red Sox. He grew up playing many sports and especially loved baseball, which he played from T-Ball until his stint as a pitcher for the Laguna Beach High School Varsity team.

 

Music also plays a major role in Sawyer’s life and he started playing the piano at age 5. Over the years he has composed and performed many original compositions.

 

But Sawyer’s real passion was acting which was further ignited by the middle school and high school’s advanced drama programs where he was in virtually every production. Following high school, Sawyer decided to study acting at the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University. He received his BFA in acting in May 2015.
