The Art of Russell Pierce

I think I was attracted to Tom Wolfe’s books first by their crazy titles; The Kandy-Kolored Tangerine-Flake Streamline Baby, The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test. I think my mom probably turned me onto one of those books, she was a voracious reader and introduced me to all kinds of great books from a young age and ignited a love of reading. Then The Right Stuff came along and being into all things space related I devoured it.
